Integrated charging ports keep your cables tidy and devices powered without needing extra wall adapters. You can connect phones, tablets, or peripherals directly to the desk surface. This feature reduces desktop clutter and simplifies your daily routine by keeping essential connectivity options within easy reach, which is particularly useful for users with multiple electronic devices.

Storage: Drawers

Built-in drawers provide dedicated space for storing office supplies, documents, and accessories out of sight. This helps maintain a clean, clutter-free work surface by hiding items you use frequently. You benefit from organized storage that keeps your workspace tidy, reducing visual distractions and helping you stay focused on your tasks without searching for misplaced items.

Design and build quality

The desktop measures 40 by 24 inches and features a Black Walnut finish. This one-piece construction is listed at 47.8 pounds. The solid surface reduces wobble compared to split-top designs. You get a stable workspace for monitors and keyboards. The integrated drawers provide storage for office supplies. This layout keeps your work surface clutter-free. The compact footprint suits smaller home offices. It delivers full standing functionality without taking up excess room.

The desk adjusts from 28.3 inches to 46.5 inches. An electric motor powers this smooth height change. You control the movement with a six-key panel. Setup And Everyday Use

The HUANUO 40 comes with a pre-assembled one-piece tabletop, which significantly simplifies the initial setup. You do not need to align multiple panels or worry about seam gaps during assembly. The process primarily involves attaching the legs to the desktop. The manufacturer states that you can complete this installation in approximately 20 minutes. This straightforward approach means you spend less time with tools and more time working. The desk weighs 47.8 pounds, providing a stable base that resists shifting during height adjustments.

For daily operation, the electric motor facilitates smooth transitions between sitting and standing positions. The height range spans from 28.3 inches to 46.5 inches, accommodating various user heights and ergonomic needs. You control this movement using a six-key control panel. This interface includes three memory presets, allowing you to save your preferred sitting and standing heights for quick recall. The motor operates quietly, ensuring minimal disruption during work hours.

The desk integrates practical features for everyday use. Front-panel USB-A and Type-C ports are built into the structure, keeping your devices charged without needing external power strips. This reduces cable clutter on your workspace. The integrated drawers offer dedicated storage for office supplies, documents, and accessories. This keeps your 40 by 24 inch surface clear for active use. An anti-collision safety system is also included. This feature automatically stops and reverses the desk’s motion if it encounters an obstruction, adding a layer of protection for your items and the desk mechanism itself.

Before You Buy This Desk

You should verify that your power outlet is near your intended desk location. This unit includes built-in USB-A and Type-C ports, but you must use your own charging cables. Check the weight of your monitors and equipment. The electric motor lifts the desk from 28.3 inches to 46.5 inches. Ensure your tallest user can comfortably reach the 46.5-inch maximum height. The drawers offer storage for office supplies. You may need additional cable management clips if you have many cords. The one-piece desktop simplifies cleaning. Wipe the Black Walnut finish with a dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. Compare this model to other options in our 1 product guide. If you need more surface area, consider the 48-inch variant. If you prefer a white finish, that option is available. This desk suits compact home offices well. The anti-collision feature adds safety. Ensure you have enough legroom for your chair. The pre-assembled top reduces setup time to about 20 minutes.
